Ingredientes
For the panqueques:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
For assembly:
Dulce de leche (as much as desired)
Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Preparación
Prepare the pancake batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla powder untill well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps in the batter.
Cook the pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Assemble the panqueques con dulce de leche:
Once all the panqueques are cooked, spread a generous amount of dulce de leche on each pancake.
Stack the panqueques in a serving plate, alternating with layers of dulce de leche between each one.
Serve:
Dust the top with powdered sugar, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
