200 g flour
100 g corn starch
½ packets of baking powder
150 g soft vegan butter
Juice from 1/2 lemon and orange zest
½ teaspoon vanilla paste
100 g unrefined raw cane sugar
25 ml plant-based milk
1 pinch of sea salt
Préparation
Preparation Time:
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Making the Dough:
Mix the flour with corn starch and baking powder. Cut the vegan butter into small pieces and add to the flour mixture.
Add the lemon juice and the grated peel of the orange, the vanilla paste, the raw cane sugar, the plant milk and the sea salt and knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
Cover the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes let the dough rest.
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Shaping Cookies:
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out approx. 1 cm thick on the floured work surface. Cut out your biscuits and place on the baking sheet with a pallet
Baking:
Bake the biscuits in the oven on the lower rack for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Place on a grid with a pallet and let cool. Enjoy!
