Home delivery for orders over 201 EUR is free! You can complete your purchases from our website www.larepublica.eu The delivery time for an order is a maximum of 2-3 working days!

The shipping cost is 10 EUR for orders between 101 EUR and 200 EUR and 20 EUR for orders between 1 EUR and 100 EUR.

Order payment: The order can be paid online with a card when placing the order on the site (secure processing through the Stripe operator), by bank transfer, or in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Changing or canceling the order The moment of concluding the contract is the moment of receiving the parcel that is delivered by the logistic partners of vanillarepublic.eu. At vanillarepublic.eu we want you to be primarily satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing you with products in excellent condition and in a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 14 days of purchase by email at propaganda@larepublica.eu and you can return the order partially or completely. Return Policy
At Vanilla Republic, we want to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a straightforward return policy for all our products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Vanilla Republic, you can return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to inform us about the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the address to send the product(s) back. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for returns.
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that some products may be ineligible for return due to health and safety reasons, such as perishable food items. If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
